We have added two different types of hunts to our guided hunt selections. Our Trophy Hunts which provide an avid hunter with opportunities for monster bucks and bulls from an exclusive private ranch. You'll stay in a cabin nestled up against forest land and be able to view the animals from your bedroom window. Your guide will pick you up in the morning and escort you through your hunting adventure.
We've also added Drop Camps to our selection. If your looking for more of an adventurous stay, where you scout, track and hunt the animals yourself, then Drop Camps are the way to go. We provide the tent accommodations, the guaranteed tags and licenses and you provide your meals, provisions and your own expertise. Of course we have our regular guided archery and rifle hunts as well, which due to the current economic situation, we have retained or dropped our prices to the 2000/2001 hunt prices. We understand the hard times that have come over all of us and this is just our way of showing we care about our clientele. A WORD ABOUT OREGON TAGSGUIDES AND OUTFITTERS TAGS"As enacted by the 1997 Oregon State Legislature, the Guides and Outfitters Program provides guides and outfitters with the opportunity to market nonresident tags. A number of tags equal to one half the nonresident tags drawn in the previous year are available through this program. The tag fee for a Guide/Outfitter tag is twice the ordinary nonresident fee. Guides certified by the Oregon State Marine Board submitted applications and competed for the right to market these tags. Tags not sold by April 15, 2005 are available in the 2005 big game drawing."...excerpt from Oregon's Big Game Regulation. ARCHERY TAGSOregon State sells archery tags for both deer and elk over the counter and are available at many sporting good stores as well as discount stores. Tags and licenses must be purchased no later than the day before the hunting season, or as specified by ODFW Big Game Regulations for the current hunt year. It is the responsibility of the hunter to purchase their own tags and license. Information regarding tags and licenses may be found on the ODFW web site |
